Oceane Le Mener, Architect & Studio Director – New York

Océane is the Studio Director of Agence Véronique Cotrel’s New York office, where she oversees projects with precision, elegance, and a deep sensitivity to both American architecture and the refined French approach to interiors.

A licensed French architect, Océane began her career in New York, completing her first internship at a Manhattan-based architecture firm. She later returned to France and joined Agence Véronique Cotrel in Paris, where she spent five years refining her expertise on high-end residential renovations. Through this experience, she absorbed the agency’s values: a passion for craftsmanship, a commitment to excellence, and a unique ability to design spaces that are both bold and timeless.

Today, Océane leads the agency’s U.S. operations, bringing Parisian savoir-faire to American interiors. She works in close collaboration with Véronique Cotrel, with whom she shares the artistic direction of every project — whether through Véronique’s visits to New York or Océane’s time in Paris. This constant dialogue ensures that each project developed in the U.S. is infused with the same vision, rigor, and sensibility that define the agency’s work in France.
