Renovation of a large apartment located in Les Invalides

After hesitating to move, our client finally decided to keep her family apartment, but to completely redesign it. Its location, brightness, and intrinsic qualities made it difficult to leave. However, major improvements were made. For example, we created a large opening in a load-bearing wall that separated the living room from the entrance. This allowed light to flood into the kitchen.

In a project like this, the agency takes care of everything: consulting with the design office, preparing the presentation for the co-owners, applying for permits, and all those little formalities that are very time-consuming but cannot be overlooked! But it was worth it !

Daytime area : living room, dining room, and kitchen

Opening up this load-bearing wall allowed us to create a spacious, opulent kitchen with bold colors that opens onto the rest of the apartment. This completely custom-designed kitchen overlooks a large living room and dining room. The living room area is bathed in light thanks to a large window. On the other side, we created a custom-made wooden bookcase, allowing us to decorate the wall and bring this large room to life. Just below, a large bench was designed, which is very practical for positioning the dining table right in front of it without wasting space.

On the night side, three large suites

On the other side of the apartment, no one is left out. We have created three suites. Each room has its own personality and is designed according to the needs and tastes of its user. They all have their own tastefully designed bathroom with a sink and shower. In the master bedroom, a magnificent tapestry adorns the wall, transforming this space into a haven of tranquility.
